INTM student resources 830x553

Illinois Tech and the Industrial Technology and Management program staff are always available to provide assistance to our students and address questions. Our small class sizes allow students to have direct access to our full-time and adjunct faculty. All students are assigned an academic adviser who will help you select courses and customize your program to meet your individual goals.

Many offices on campus utilize a “Footprints” help system, which assigns a ticket number to email or phone requests for assistance. The INTM program welcomes students to contact our staff directly via email, phone, or in person; we’re generally available 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays. To book an appointment with an academic adviser—Industry Professor Mazin Safar, Industry Professor Gurram Gopal, or Director of Operations Pam Houser.

Newly admitted students will receive information via email from Illinois Tech’s admission team regarding “Next Steps,” confirming intention to enroll, and new student orientation [advising and registration (SOAR)]. Learn more about the Resources for Admitted Students on the university website.

Once you have confirmed your intention to enroll, it’s time to connect with an academic adviser and set your course schedule for the upcoming semester.
