Kamyar Jabbari is a financial representative and specializes in life, disability, and annuities. He was previously a Clinical Professor of Finance at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business in Chicago, teaching courses in corporate and international finance and strategy. In addition to his academic position, Jabbari has conducted a number of professional education courses in corporate and project finance and commercialization of intellectual property in variety of forums in the U.S. and across the globe. He has also been a consultant in project finance, corporate finance, and valuation assignments.
Prior to teaching, Jabbari was Vice President and Head of Project Finance Practice First Chicago Corporation (now part of JP Morgan Chase), with most of his career concentrated in project finance, utility finance, and international banking. Currently, Jabbari is licensed and practices law in Illinois, focusing on estate and trust, and personal bankruptcy areas.
