This is a 5-day, 40 hour course (9:00am-5:00pm) to prepare Project/Program Managers for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam. Also for professionals, managers, and executives who manage and/or interface with Project Managers to refresh/learn in-depth the best current practices in Project Management.
Who Should Attend: Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Director PMO, Director or VP Project/Programs, Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, Technical Project Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Contract Managers, Project Coordinators and Executives that oversee Projects and Programs.
