Winters is Vice President, the Stone Group, Chicago. He has extensive experience as an Engineering Manager, previously with Able Engineering Services.  He has worked for companies with varied commercial clients as well as for single facilities.  His responsibilities have included capital budget preparation and tracking, building project management programs for HVAC operations, and spearheading energy-saving projects including the LEED and Energy Star accreditations. He has also written standard operating procedures, safety manuals, and employee handbooks, and has developed customized reporting forms for clients.
